REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing SkyNes Tech Limited. We are committed to providing high-quality software development services and digital products. However, due to the nature of digital goods and custom services, our refund policy differs depending on the type of product or service purchased.

1. CUSTOM SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT & CONSULTING

  • Non-Refundable Services: Services that have already been rendered (hours worked) are non-refundable.
  • Milestone Payments: If a project is cancelled, the client is entitled to a refund for any future milestones that have been paid for but not yet started. Funds for milestones currently in progress or completed and accepted via an Acceptance Act are not refundable.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SAAS (AI Hub, VPN, etc.)

  • Subscriptions: Payments for subscription-based services are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Usage-Based (Tokens): Purchases of credits or tokens (e.g., for AI processing) are final and non-refundable once the tokens have been credited to your account balance.
  • Third-Party Stores: If you purchased our application via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must request a refund directly through their respective support systems. We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through third-party marketplaces.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Hardware) If we sell physical goods (e.g., routers, security keys), the following applies:

  • 14-Day Return: You may return physical items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
